Complete Wedding Planning
Complete planning provides you with all-inclusive, detailed assistance and expertise from day one until you say “I do.” You’re not going to be able to shake us! This package is for you if you don’t even know how you’ll find the time to plan a wedding. You want a planner and confidant helping to guide you throughout your entire engagement, so you and your fiancé can relax and enjoy it! This package includes vendor selection and communication management, design consultation and complete wedding style, design and décor management, wedding checklist and budget management, timeline creation and all the other to dos - big and small - so we can help make your dream wedding a stress-free reality. Partial Wedding Planning
Partial planning is for you if you want an expert by your side throughout your planning journey, confirming timelines and vendor logistics and managing all final details, but you are comfortable doing most of the designing and some initial planning on your own. This package involves initial set-up assistance and a venue tour to make sure you’re prepared with all of the necessary information for successful planning. We then dive in full force six weeks before your wedding to create your timeline and manage all vendor communications and final details so you’re doing less and less as your wedding day approaches. On your wedding day, we’re there from start to finish making sure every detail is carried out seamlessly, and your only job is to enjoy! Wedding Management
Wedding management is for you if you’ve planned most of your wedding day and want an expert there coordinating details day-of so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We assist with timeline creation prior to your wedding day and share it with your vendors so we’re set up for success! We’ll meet in-person before your wedding to handover details, and then your focus stays on getting married and celebrating with family and friends; exactly how it should be! We’re onsite managing the timeline, vendor logistics and décor set-up so you can be the guest of honor. Please note: This service is not available for DIY or unstaffed venues, given the many additional logistics and day-of responsibilities involved with those venues.
